Sintopia is a suite of four web apps, each built around one situation: a board that must decide, two people who must both be heard, a year of a condition to bring to a visit, a round to time with no signal. No feed, no growth loops, no ads, no trackers. Free to start, one plan per app where a server is involved.

A consultation with a deadline. Members write and rate without a name while it runs; when it ends, every name and every tally opens to all who took part, as a record. Association boards, co-ops, clubs, committees.

Each person writes what happened and how it felt; the server keeps every version sealed until everyone has written, then opens them all at once. Couples and family therapists, mediators, and couples on their own.

Timelines and Workouts keep their data in your browser and work without an account. Timelines copies to our server only the events you switch on; Workouts never uploads anything.
Anonymity with a stated boundary.
collAnon hides who wrote and voted what until the deadline, then opens every name to the participants. Perspective Exchange seals every version until everyone has written, and people who join by link stay behind a code. Each site says exactly where the line is.
Always exportable.
Every app has a download button for your data as JSON: ended consultations, opened exchanges, timelines, workout libraries and histories.
Free to start, one plan per app.
Every account starts on a free tier that is real and whose limits are published. Where an app runs on a server, one plan raises them, priced like a line item and switched on within a minute. Workouts has no server and no plan.
What to expect.
One account per app.
The apps run on separate servers with separate user databases. A username on collAnon does not exist on Workouts. Sign up where you need to, or use the apps that need no account at all.
No trackers, anywhere.
The apps load no analytics and no third-party script. These sites set no cookies and run no analytics either.

Sintopia is built and operated by Arasaka, a one-person software company in Busto Arsizio, on servers registered in Italy.
